Beginner courses

The same as with wind- and kite surfing, we take competent instruction very serious. Our local Surf instructors have long-lasting surf experience and know the spots like their pocket. With small group sizes we guarantee an optimal individual supervision.

Our courses offer something for everyone and for every skill level. Besides the practical part, we put high emphasize on the theory about surfing, such as safety rules, waves and the ocean, surf equipment and much more. Generally there are not more than 8 students in a course.

DISCOVERY (2 hrs)
The discovery lesson consists of one course unit (2hrs) in which you get introduced to all the relevant aspects of surfing such as surfing in a prone position, paddling and your first take offs and surfs.

TASTER (3x2 hrs)
“From sand to stand.“ This beginner course shows you, apart from the general skills of surfing, also helpful techniques to improve your take off, standing and surfing abilities. Furthermore you will learn important theory about surfing and rules on how to behave in the water.

FULL ON (5x2 hrs)
With our FULL ON course you will learn everything you need to know about surfing, including all the techniques which will enable you to become a real surfer. Apart the theory you will also learn advanced skills such as making turns and you will surf your first unbroken, green waves.

After you have successfully completed a FULL ON course, you go ahead with an ‘Intermediate & Advanced’ course. Our course system is very flexible because the price level remains the same (6 hrs beginner course = 6 hrs intermediate & advanced course)

Intermediates & Advance

You have already some experience in surfing but you want to develop your skills further with some help of our coaches? Then our intermediate & advance program is the right thing for you. These courses will focus on your individual weaknesses in order to improve them and to bring your surf skills to the next level. For intermediate & advanced courses you can also choose between a TASTER (6 hrs) and a FULL ON (10 hrs) course.

TASTER (Intermediate & Avance)

• Improving the Take-off, body and board position.
• Manouvres (Frontside & Backside)
• Improving the duck dive
• Deepening the theory e.g. priority rules, behavior in currents, etc
.

FULL ON (Aufsteiger & Fortgeschrittene)
See ‘TASTER‘, additional:

• Advanced manoeuvres (cut back, etc.)
• Improving the take off in green waves
• Switching to smaller boards (Malibu, Fish, Evolution)

Private lesson

For all those who like it a bit more individually, we offer private lessons as well. Here you will have 100% attention of your instructor guaranteed at any time. That increases the chance for a better and faster learning process by far.
