2. Payment
2.1. A deposit of 10% of the tour price becomes payable on receipt of the confirmation of reservation. We have take out insolvency insurance cover with R&V Insurance Company in order to protect customer monies. The insurance certificate will be sent to you together with the invoice and confirmation of reservation. The remaining tour price will become payable 4 weeks prior to the departure date The travel documents will be sent to you on receipt of the remaining amount by us or the organizer concerned.
2.2. The deposit and remaining payment can be found in your confirmation of reservation. Payment must be made by bank transfer. In exceptional cases, payment can also be made by direct debit, check, credit card or in cash.
